Acceptance

By sending an enquiry, booking a viewing, or accepting a written scope, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or commission work. We may refuse a brief that asks us to mint tokens, alter official Marvel interiors, or mislabel studio paper as licensed pages.

Programmes

Descriptions on this site are informational. A programme begins only when we send a scope and you accept it in writing (including email). Token purchase prices, marketplace fees, and third-party gallery commissions are not Bytework Grid fees unless a scope says otherwise.

Intellectual property

Marvel characters, issue titles, and official NFT comic files remain with their owners. Our wall text, colour notes, dossiers, and original paper companions are Bytework Grid copyright. You may display a dossier beside a variant you hold. You may not republish our text as marketplace copy without permission. We do not grant licences in Marvel intellectual property.

Site content

Field notes and the variant room describe handling history. They are not offers to sell specific tokens and not a live inventory.

Liability

We handle existing releases with care. We are not liable for marketplace outages, holder default, or changes in token value. Our liability for a programme is limited to fees you have paid us for that programme, except where law in England and Wales does not allow a limit (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Nothing on the site is investment advice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any rights you may have as a consumer resident in another part of the United Kingdom.

Changes

We may update these terms on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised text for new enquiries.
