Refunds

These rules apply to programmes described on this site: private viewings, named searches, collector dossiers, release programmes, and studio paper companions. They do not cover Marvel NFT comic token prices paid to holders or marketplaces.

Eligibility

A refund is due when we cancel, when a viewing cannot be rescheduled within four weeks through our fault, or when a named search closes because no holder will transfer and unused retainer hours remain. A refund is not due because a cover’s afrofuturist treatment is weaker than you hoped after you have sat with the pages, unless we misstated the letter in the scope.

Timeframe

Ask within fourteen days of the event that gives rise to the claim, or within fourteen days of a dossier delivery if the document names the wrong issue. Write to hello@byteworkgrid.world or call 07724811196.

Full and partial refunds

Viewing fees are refunded in full if you cancel at least forty-eight hours before the appointment. Later cancellations may be refunded at fifty percent if we can fill the hour; otherwise the fee is kept. Search retainers are refunded for unused hours, recorded in quarter-hours, if we close without a transfer. Dossier fees are refunded in full if we have not started reading your materials; after we start, we refund unused writing time only. Release-programme deposits (forty percent) are refundable in full before sourcing begins; after sourcing begins, the deposit covers work already done and remaining fees follow the scope.

Non-refundable items

Studio paper once printed, cloth samples cut for your brief, and large prints made for a viewing you attended are not returned for cash. Token purchases you authorised with a holder are outside our till.

Process and timing

We confirm the claim in writing, state full or partial figures, and return money by the original payment method within fourteen working days of agreement. If that method is closed, we will ask for another UK account.

Cancellation, rescheduling, no-shows

You may reschedule a viewing once without fee if you give forty-eight hours’ notice. A no-show keeps the viewing fee. We may reschedule for illness or building closure; we will offer a new hour or a full refund.

Work already started and materials

Colour notes, draft wall text, and gallery correspondence already written stay with us if a programme stops, unless you have paid for the dossier. You may ask for a copy of factual identifiers you supplied.

Exceptions

Statutory consumer rights in the United Kingdom are not limited by this note. If a distance contract cooling-off period applies to a particular booking, we will honour it and say so in the scope.
